Prices:

• All prices for chains, colliers, and bracelets are for standard lengths (ladies: 38-45 cm/17-22 cm, men's: 45-55 cm/22-28 cm) unless otherwise stated. There may be surcharges if you order items outside the given standard.
• All prices include VAT 

How to order:

• Place your order by telephone/fax (+359 52 640434) or e-mail (info@trinketsltd.com). (You may order in Bulgarian, English, Scandinavian, Russian, or German.)  
• State the model number, the metal (Sterling 925, white, rose, or yellow gold 8 karat, 14 karat, or 18 karat), size (rings) or length (necklaces and bracelets), and type/colour of stones/pearls if any. 
• Include your name, address, e-mail address and phone/fax
• We will confirm your order by e-mail.

Delivery: Bulgaria:

• Price of delivery is from 3.50 to 10.00 lv. per shipment , depending on the destination  + 1.5 % of the value of the order.
• Goods are delivered to your address by  Ekont courier company.
• Delivery time: 7 working days
• Payment: Cash on delivery

Delivery: European Union:

• Price of delivery including insurance is 65-80 Euro per shipment (up to 500 gr.), depending on the destination. There are no additional VAT or custom dues. 
• Goods will be delivered to your address by Federal Express.
• Delivery time: 10-12 working days.
• Payment: Through bank transfer or Western Union (Contact Trinkets for further information).

Delivery: Norway:

• Unfortunately we cannot ship retail orders directly to Norwegian clients. Please order through our Norwegian distributor at rayjohn2@online.no   

 Return policy:

• The warranty period for flawed or damaged goods is 30 days. Such items will be repaired or replaced immediately, free of charge. Trinkets will cover the return postage. If we for some reason are unable to repair or replace the damaged good, we will refund you the purchase price including postage.
• If you have accidentally ordered an incorrect size/length, we will change the size/length free of charge, but you will have to cover the postage yourself.
• All returns must be shipped in padded envelopes together with a copy of the original invoice to: Trinkets Ltd, Kr. Mirski Str. 1A, 9000 Varna - Bulgaria.
